We offer flat-rate shipping, which means that no matter how much you order, your shipping cost remains the same. Shipping options and charges can be selected and changed at checkout. Some items will only be allowed to be shipped via White Glove due to the nature of the products.
- Threshold: We now offer FREE shipping (a $179 value) for all furniture delivered to the outside door of your home or building. Delivery will be made by courier or LTL carrier.
- White Glove: This service is offered at $99 flat-rate. We have the lowest White Glove pricing online AND we include assembly and debris removal as well! How it works: the shipping company will make an appointment with you and deliver the furniture to your home. On arrival, the furniture will be placed in the room of your choice (assuming the room is safely accessible). It will then be unpacked and assembled, and all debris will be removed from your home.
Please note that our flat-rate pricing applies to orders within most of Canada. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote and rural areas of Canada. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Preparing for Delivery
Please ensure all hallways and door frames are measured in order to determine if your new furniture will fit as you will be responsible for the return shipping fees if the delivery agents are unable to deliver your furniture.
If your item is being delivered by courier, your shipment will be left at your door if nobody is at home to receive it.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If damage is noted, you must sign the waybill the delivery agent provides with the text "Damaged Upon Arrival". If the damage is minor and the product is usable, accept the item. If an item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse the item.
Please take pictures to document the damage and e-mail them to us within 24 hours in order to open a claim. Be sure to include your order number in the subject of the e-mail, and provide as many details as possible. E-mail is the only method of communication we accept for handling claims.
Claims received past 3 calendar days from date of confirmed delivery will not be eligible.
We will either send out a new product, a replacement part, offer a discount, or offer local furniture medic services at our discretion. If you do not wish to accept any of our solutions to the case, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us, including associated return shipping fees (the same as your cost of shipping), in order to receive your product refund.
The refund will only be processed once we receive the item(s) back to our warehouse in the same condition they were delivered in.
Changes and Cancellation
If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us before the item is shipped to you, otherwise you will be charged a rerouting fee.
If you would like to cancel the order, you will receive a full refund as long as the item has not been shipped. If you cancel your order once it has left our warehouse, you will only be responsible for the shipping charge.
If you decide to return your product for any reason, you are able to do so up to 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for shipping fees only (shipping and return shipping costs). We are only able to accept returned product in like-new condition.
Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
Any item marked as "Clearance" at the time of transaction is not covered by our return policy and is a final sale.
