Refund policy

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.

Delivery is included in the purchase price, but shipping costs in both directions are your responsibility and are deducted from your refund: $199 each way for Threshold delivery, and $299 each way for White Glove delivery.

Returned items must be in like-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damage, drilling or other modifications cannot be returned.

Custom orders, open box items, and anything marked Clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Your refund is processed once the item arrives back at our warehouse in the same condition it was delivered in.

Damaged or defective items

Items damaged by the carrier or with a manufacturing fault are handled as a claim, not a return. Inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will send a replacement product or part, arrange a local repair, or offer a discount, and we cover all associated costs. If you decline a reasonable solution and prefer to return the item instead, the standard return terms above apply.
